Limited Warranty
The Jobber 6 comes
with a limited 6 month warranty against any manufacturer defects.
If your Jobber is experiencing any problem not caused by human
error or neglect, you can return it to Jobber Instruments for
a complete repair at no charge. If the calculator cannot be
repaired, we will swap it out for another one. There is no charge
for this repair/service or the return shipping (UPS Ground or
USPS). You are responsible for the shipping of the defective
calculator back to Jobber Instruments unless the calculator was received defective. This must be reported within 2 days of arrival. Only priority mail or less is credited back to your credit card. All other postage is non-refundable.

a note explaining what the problem is, the invoice number, a
daytime phone number, and a return street address. Repair Department
address is in the box to the right and on the form.

We only repair Jobber 6 calculators.
Please do not send any other previous models to repair.
They will not be repaired nor mailed back.
The repair/service
charge is $32 per calculator and come with a 30-Day Guarantee.
Return shipping
is included in the price. This includes repairing all damaged
or defective internal parts (LCD displays, keypads, connection repairs,
etc...), a thorough cleaning, a new battery if needed.

REPAIRS MUST BE PREPAID. Purchase Orders are no longer accepted for repairs. Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit
card. If you do not feel comfortable mailing your payment or
credit card information, you also prepay your repair by clicking
the link below. Please include a copy of your email receipt
or order number with the Service Form.
Terms and Conditions: Some calculators simply cannot be repaired due to being crushed or dropped, causing the chip connections become jarred loose. We try to the best of our ability to fix these. However, these are very difficult to repair. In some cases, the calculator may work just fine when we ship it back but when it is received, the problem persists. If this happens, we deem the calculator “Unable to Repair”. In the event this happens, you have the opportunity to return the defective calculator to us (at the owners expense) and we will apply the cost of the initial repair toward the purchase of a new calculator.
