Limited Warranty
The Jobber 6 comes
with a limited 6 month warranty against any manufacturer defects.
If your Jobber is experiencing any problem not caused by human
error or neglect, you can return it to Jobber Instruments for
a complete repair at no charge. If the calculator cannot be
repaired, we will swap it out for another one. There is no charge
for this repair/service or the return shipping (UPS Ground or
USPS). You are responsible for the shipping of the defective
calculator back to Jobber Instruments unless the calculator was received defective. This must be reported within 2 days of arrival. Only priority mail or less is credited back to your credit card. All other postage is non-refundable.

a note explaining what the problem is, the invoice number, a
daytime phone number, and a return street address. Repair Department
address is in the box to the right and on the form.

of Warranty
If you have any
defective Jobber calculator (except Jobber 2), more than likely
it can be repaired unless the damage is too severe.

- For
Jobber 3 or 4: Any Coke or Pepsi like substance
which becomes sticky when dried. The individual key
buttons make this practically impossible to clean.
- Jobber
2 calculators can be cleans but not repaired (Parts are no longer available)

The repair/service
charge is $27 per calculator. If sending 3 or more for repair
at the same time, the charge is $22 per calculator. Shipping
is included in these prices. This includes repairing all damaged
or defective internal parts (LCD displays, keypads, processors,
etc...), a thorough cleaning, a new battery if needed. Cosmetic
repairs to front faceplate and back plate fare not covered in
this charge. These can be replaced for an extra $10 (Jobber
6 only).
ALL
REPAIRS MUST BE PREPAID: Payment
can be made by check, money order, or credit card. Sorry,
purchase orders are no longer accepted for repairs. If
you do not feel comfortable mailing your payment or credit card
information, you also prepay your repair by clicking the link
below. Please include a copy of your email receipt or order
number with the Service Form.
If for some extremely
rare reason your calculator can not be repaired, Jobber Instruments
will refund your repair charge. If you desire to have the calculator
returned, you will be responsible for a $8 shipping charge.
Our turn around
time is generally 2 to 4 days on all repairs.
