Limited Warranty
The Jobber 6 comes
with a limited 6 month warranty against any manufacturer defects.
If your Jobber is experiencing any problem not caused by human
error or neglect, you can return it to Jobber Instruments for
a complete repair at no charge. If the calculator cannot be
repaired, we will swap it out for another one. There is no charge
for this repair/service or the return shipping (UPS Ground or
USPS). You are responsible for the shipping of the defective
calculator back to Jobber Instruments unless the calculator was received defective. This must be reported within 2 days of arrival. Only priority mail or less is credited back to your credit card. All other postage is non-refundable.

Open the Jobber Service Form below or provide
a note explaining what the problem is, the invoice number, a
daytime phone number, and a return street address. Repair Department
address is in the box to the right and on the form.

Please note: Jobber 2 and Jobber 4 calculators can not be repaired.
The repair/service
charge is $30 per calculator.
Return shipping
is included in the price. This includes repairing all damaged
or defective internal parts (LCD displays, keypads, processors,
etc...), a thorough cleaning, a new battery if needed. First generation Jobber 5's that require a LCD replacement will be replaced with the best "used" one we have. New ones are no longer available.
ALL
REPAIRS MUST BE PREPAID. Purchase Orders are no longer accepted for repairs. Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit
card. If you do not feel comfortable mailing your payment or
credit card information, you also prepay your repair by clicking
the link below. Please include a copy of your email receipt
or order number with the Service Form.
If for some extremely
rare reason your Jobber calculator can not be repaired, Jobber Intruments will refund your repair charge. If you desire to have the calculator
returned, you will be responsible for a $8 shipping charge.
